Banana Matcha Smoothie
- 1 cup Rice milk or milk of your choice
- 1 small banana
- 20 gm baby spinach
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- In blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Add more honey as desired.
- If smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk.
